No Return Policy

At The LivWigs Shop, we take pride in providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the issue is due to a fault on our part.

 

Exceptions to the No Return Policy

We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:​

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

  • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

 

How to Request a Resolution

If your order qualifies for an exception:

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.

 

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Incorrect orders due to customer error.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Services already rendered.

 

Final Decision

All return and exchange requests are subject to approval at our discretion. If approved, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or store credit as applicable. Refunds are not issued except in cases where a replacement is not available. For any questions regarding this policy, please contact us.
