No Return Policy
At The LivWigs Shop, we take pride in providing high-quality products and services. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the issue is due to a fault on our part.
Exceptions to the No Return Policy
We will only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our end, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Resolution
If your order qualifies for an exception:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning or replacing the item.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect orders due to customer error.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Services already rendered.
Final Decision
